BSR 003: Creating Resources

If you’re like a lot of business owners, you have a bank of life and work experiences to pull from as you grow your business. Maybe it’s customer service experiences from your time as a telemarketer, a problem solving experience from when you were in corporate or conflict resolution experience from your time on the PTA board.

My time in that job taught me how to have a sales conversation in a way that didn’t feel salesy--and got results for me and my customers.
