Finding Clarity In Your Business Systems

PODCAST TEMPLATE (26).png

Over a year ago, I launched my core offer, Systems by Design, a custom program for female business owners that want to streamline their business processes and systems.

Over 400 members who are at all stages of their business from launching, growing, to scaling have gone through the program.

There are really three components to Systems by Design program:

  • 90 Day Custom Step-by-Step plan based on your goals for your business

  • Systems by Design Dashboard home to Roadmap to Revenue, the six proven systems implemented in the right order to build a sustainable business

  • Community the heart of the program

In today’s episode, I am sharing the role that each part takes in the program.

Finally, I wanted to introduce you to both clients and members who have worked with me.

WHY?

Because time and money are really not the biggest objections when considering participating in a new program.

Trust is the biggest question mark in potential customer’s minds.

Can I trust her?

Will she show up and be present?

I am pulling back the curtain to answer those questions and a few more that might have you on the fence right now if we are a good fit.
