I remember the mother's day when my family bought me a bicycle and a baby bike trailer.
For my 20 minute ride around the neighborhood, I packed every sippy cup, snack, and pacey like I was traveling cross country.
Not long after, I registered to participate in my first sprint triathlon.
My husband took one look at the bike I was using and said,
Sweetie, you need an upgrade!
It’s funny how big moments create benchmarks in our lives.
Today, I still reflect back on that accomplishment when I am riding.
Fast-forward to a recent bicycle ride and why I was so shocked.
